Best Rocket Ever!

I’m excited this week because David Sikora, one of our occasional farmers from out in Bathurst, is bringing us his legendary rocket. We haven’t seen it since last autumn. David’s rocket can only be described as mind-blowing. The rocket you can buy in the supermarkets, with the tiny baby leaves, is a pale immitation. David’s rocket is like some kind of perfect Platonic essence of good rocket. It is bursting with so much flavour and is super spicy. It’s been loving this mix of spring sunshine and showers and is perfect for picking. This stuff seriously peps up a salad or a sandwich! It’s in all the boxes this week and we hope that you enjoy it.
