In what ways is Shallow Rock different to other commercial farms?

Matt and Sue put it best: “Organic farming is not just a job or a business but a way to live and raise our four children. It is important for me to teach our children environmental responsibility, (the world’s resource are not infinite and nature is part of our health and well being not something to abuse and fight against). What we eat to day walks and talks tomorrow. That circle of life has to keep going round otherwise life stops. Responsible farming has to be about natural, environmentally renewable resources.”
