Important: Orders, changes, payments and cancellations must be made by 12 noon on the Friday before the delivery. If additional payment is required and payment has not been received by this time your order may be postponed until payment has been received.
If you have any troubles changing or renewing your order, then please call us on 02 8094 1882 or email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE the Friday noon deadline.
You can order any number of boxes onto your online account or by calling us on 02 8094 1882. Use your account to order groceries and extra produce items. Click here for a cheat sheet for the order screen.
Please ensure your payment is processed before noon on Friday to receive your produce the following week.
You can change your box size or frequency of delivery (e.g. you can get a box each fortnight), or postpone your deliveries if you’ll be away. You can also add groceries and extra produce. Click here for tips on postponing your order or here for cancelling.
